Meet the Doctor
Dr. Madison Huser
Optometrist
Dr. Huser is licensed as a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. A native Texan, she graduated from The University of Texas in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and received her Doctor of Optometry degree from The University of Houston in 2012.
Her clinical training includes internships in pediatrics, low vision, and ocular disease, with a special focus in glaucoma, macular degeneration, during her rotation with the Department of Veteran Affairs in Albuquerque, New Mexico—an experience that shaped her passion for full-scope medical eye care.
Dr. Huser joined Jackman Eye in 2014 and spent the next decade building her expertise in myopia management, with a special interest in orthokeratology. She has also completed extensive training in dry eye diagnosis and treatment, including modern in-office therapies and individualized management plans.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Huser loves spending time with her husband, Freddy, and their three children. As a local Wimberley mom, she can often be found at youth sports games, cheering at school events, cooling off at Blue Hole, supporting small businesses, or enjoying the Hill Country outdoors. She is grateful to raise her family in such a warm and welcoming community—and to care for the vision of the families who make Wimberley home.
