Includes up to 60 minutes with the doctor, retinal photo and scan to detect any eye disease/complications, and any glasses related visits for one year.

Adult annual eye health exam with refraction: $139

Child annual eye health exam with refraction (under 18): $99

Basic office visit: $75

“Red Eye” visits (infections, dry eye, allergies, etc.)
Includes up to two follow-up visits free of charge within 30 days.

Intermediate Office Visit: $95

Intermediate issues including punctual plugs, foreign body removal, eyelash removal
Includes up to two follow-up visits free of charge within 30 days.

Advanced Office Visit: $109

Advanced eye trauma and advanced foreign body removal (i.e. rust)
Includes up to two follow-up visits free of charge within 30 days.

Eye Disease and High Risk Monitoring: $39-$109

Includes periodic testing and monitoring of eye diseases (such as Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Retinopathy) and monitoring for those patients on high risk medications (such as Plaquenil).

Spherical & toric Fitting: $49

For patients with standard near-sighted or far-sighted prescriptions with or without astigmatism. Includes all follow-ups, trial contact lenses, and prescription checks for an entire year.

Multifocal (Bifocal) Fitting: $119

For patients who need multiple prescriptions built into the lenses to see clearly up close and a distance. Includes all follow-ups, trial contact lenses, and prescription checks for an entire year.
